Information products include digital training materials, e-courses, tutorials, and documentation. Access is granted upon full receipt of applicable fees.

5. Goods

Physical goods, if any, such as branded hardware or accessories, are shipped to the address provided at purchase. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are specified at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Consulting and Custom Services

Requests for refund must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of service start.
When feasible, unused service time may be transferred to a later date at no additional fee, subject to availability.
If work has commenced or deliverables have been submitted, the service is final and no refund will be issued due to the allocation of resources and scheduling commitments.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials may be refunded in full if the request is made within 14 calendar days of purchase and no access has been initiated.
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment option within 14 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical goods may be interactiond or refunded within 30 days of delivery if sent back in original, unopened condition.
Shipping to our facility is the responsibility of the purchaser for interactions or refunds.
Approved refunds are processed once goods are received and inspected, via the original payment option within 14 business days.

7. Payment Terms

Fees are due as specified in the applicable agreement or at checkout. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or access termination.

8. Cancellation and Transfers

To cancel or transfer a scheduled service, notify us at least 5 business days in advance. Transfers are granted when possible; last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.
